These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the joabaji platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and payment facilities available at joabaji.net. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to joabaji is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active joabaji account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
BDT Currency & Payments

Fair Play Obligation

Governing Terms

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joabaji ("joabaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at joabaji.net. By creating a player account, accessing any portion of the joabaji platform, or making use of any service, game, feature, or promotional offer made available through joabaji.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the joabaji platform and, if applicable, close your player account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. joabaji will endeavour to notify registered players of material amendments via the contact details held on their account, but it remains each player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by joabaji, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, table games, live casino, crash games), sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets), promotional bonuses, deposit and withdrawal facilities, customer support interactions, and any other feature or service made available through the joabaji platform now or in the future.
These Terms are written and enforced in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary or paraphrase, the English text shall prevail. joabaji operates as an English-language platform serving Bangladesh, and all formal communications, including dispute correspondence, account notifications, and legal notices, will be issued in English.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the joabaji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. joabaji is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or third party.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of joabaji or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game provider partners, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the joabaji platform or from any other joabaji-operated service.
- You are acting on your own behalf and are not operating the account on behalf of any other individual, including as a proxy, agent, or nominee.
joabaji takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of any person under the age of 18 who has gained access to the joabaji platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the matter can be investigated and the account closed without delay.
Parents and guardians are reminded that freely available parental control software can be used to restrict access to online gambling websites on shared devices. joabaji recommends that all adults sharing devices with minors take appropriate steps to prevent underage access to the platform.
Account Registration & Security
In order to access the full range of joabaji services, including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the joabaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where joabaji identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. joabaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings generated through them.
Account security responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joabaji account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. joabaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Use a strong, unique password for your joabaji account that is not reused across other websites or services.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This is strongly recommended for all players.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Notify joabaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Do not store your login credentials in an unencrypted format on any device.
joabaji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or additional identity documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of account facilities including withdrawals, and, where documentation is not provided within the period specified in a formal notice, permanent account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the joabaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). joabaji does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available for selected transaction types. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on joabaji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by joabaji, though individual payment method providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their respective service terms.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes of approval for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for card-based withdrawals may vary depending on the issuing bank. joabaji reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may result in additional processing time. Players are required to withdraw funds to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit where technically possible.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the joabaji account holder.
- joabaji does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.
- joabaji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may include requests for source of funds documentation.
- Deposits that are not followed by any genuine gameplay activity may be flagged for review under joabaji's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- joabaji is not responsible for any fees charged by payment method providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Players are advised to review the terms of their payment provider separately.
Bonuses & Promotions
joabaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, reload bonuses, and festival promotions tied to Bangladesh seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the player must complete the wagering requirement attached to that specific bonus. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30x) is clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in. Players are advised to read bonus terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer.
- Bonuses are available to players who have opted in through the designated promotion mechanism. joabaji does not apply bonuses automatically to accounts without player consent.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless the promotion terms explicitly state that combining is permitted.
- joabaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the player's accrued progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured to the extent practically possible.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
- Bonus funds are credited in ৳ BDT and expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion terms state a different expiry period.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games available on the joabaji platform — including slot games, table games, live casino titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within the information panel of each game. Sports betting market rules, including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and in-play betting guidelines, are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
RNG games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on joabaji use certified RNG technology that produces statistically random, independently verifiable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the game information panel. No game outcome on joabaji is predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by any factor other than the certified RNG and the player's own actions within the game.
Sports betting: joabaji offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. joabaji reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system or data error.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. joabaji is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play bet placement or settlement.
- Bets on events that are suspended, postponed, or cancelled are settled in accordance with the relevant sport's betting rules, a copy of which is available on the joabaji platform.
- The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
- joabaji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any account or market at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joabaji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances and bonus funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method; impersonating another person; or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility in any way.
- Money laundering: Using the joabaji platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. joabaji operates AML controls in accordance with international gaming industry standards and is required to report suspicious activity.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk; or otherwise attempting to gain an unfair advantage from any promotional offer.
- Cheating and collusion: Using any automated software, bot, AI tool, macro, or script to interact with the joabaji platform in place of or in addition to a human player; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; or sharing any non-public information that could be used to gain an advantage.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, system error, or pricing error on the joabaji platform. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of an error are void and will not be paid out.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the joabaji platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or back-end infrastructure.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive language when communicating with joabaji support staff or other players via any platform communication channel.
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the player: Any registered joabaji player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, joabaji will process the closure within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the joabaji platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and permanent exclusion are available. During an active self-exclusion period, the account is fully inaccessible and no marketing communications are sent to the player. Requests to reverse a temporary self-exclusion during the active exclusion period will not be honoured — the exclusion must run its full course before reactivation can be considered.
Closure or suspension by joabaji: joabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — see below).
- A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.
- Any other circumstance in which joabaji determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or joabaji's obligations under applicable law.
In the event of account closure or suspension by joabaji for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, joabaji reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to apply any funds recovered to offset losses suffered by joabaji as a result of the breach.
Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from account closure, bet settlement, bonus terms, or any other matter relating to your joabaji account should be raised in the first instance with the joabaji customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. joabaji aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. joabaji's decision on disputes is final, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. joabaji reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between joabaji and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
